As the youth & young adults group is growing, the Lord has been guiding the leaders to do different events. One of the first and most exciting was a sleepover (ladies only…the Gents had separate locations). This event was set to worship the Lord, study the Word and for fellowship with our sisters in the Christ.

On Friday, February 19 we gathered at Lourdes’ home. We prayed, blessed the food, and the night began!  We baked and lounged in the jacuzzi,  but most important of all we shared the Word of God. The entire night was Holy Spirit led and we all really enjoyed this precious time together.

As the night came to an end we watched a movie. (Or atleast we tried, we dosed off almost immediately! Lol)  The Lord held us in His hand and put us to sleep soundly.

When morning came we had a delicious homemade breakfast. Afterwhich we said our goodbyes,  still thinking of our wonderful night and the special bonds that were created.
